Pleasantly Surprised!

Stopped into this shop on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and we were so pleasantly surprised! A wide variety of soaps, men’s hygiene, and so much more! You’ll also find craft supplies, LGBTQ items, and more within the store. When browsing the soaps, we read how Ope! Its Soap! Was started and teared up, but then watched the owners entire video and cried in-store with customers who were strangers. Beautiful places and beautiful people!! Must stop!

Lovely Gem!

What a lovely gem of a shop in Chippewa Falls! My mom and I stopped by the other day and were really impressed. The owner Tony was super friendly and clearly talented in the product creation and packaging designs. There are all sorts of homemade bath and body products that smelled amazing, as well as a nice collection of crystals and neat jewelry as well. Perfect place for unique gifts. I got the whipped body butter and facial soap and my skin feels great! Excited to see what else this shop has in store— we’ll be back!

Helped With Psoriasis

We love Ope it’s Soap! My husband who is 65 has struggled with a type of psoriasis on his ankles for years. He has used most everything in the past 40 years to help it, but could not keep it under control. He started using Ope’s bar soap and has found relief for the itch. While it’s not fully gone, the ingredients have helped to dramatically change the texture softer, and helps with the itch. We are firm believers that the blends from Ope it’s soap has been a big helper in relief and texture changes. Not to mention the scents are amazingly pleasing, light and not over powering, and even has natural scent free varieties.

Another wonderful thing about Ope It’s Soap, they carry a wide array of small gifts, homemade candles, bath bombs, liquid soaps, jewelry, geodes and more. It’s a must stop! You will love it and the great proprietors Tony and Kevin.

Incredible!

What an incredible store! If you like homemade soaps, this is the place for you. The soaps have cute names and smell incredible. My son (16) no longer uses commercial products for his showers. I buy their shampoo bars and their soap bars for him. My husband is now obsessed with the facial and soap bars. Today we bought some incense and crystals and I had to light the incense as soon as I got home. The store itself is so charming and decorated with care and love. We will be back again and again!

Homemade Laundry Soap

I purchased their homemade laundry soap for my son. He does construction and works on diesel vehicles- his clothes have a funky smell. He is using 2 tablespoons of it per load and it really freshens up his clothes! Bonus, I brought back the jar and refilled for him at a discounted price!

Our Story

The origin story begins at the corner of Coleman & Peck Street in Chippewa Falls, where Tony grew up. Little did Tony know that years later, this same intersection would play an even more significant role in his life.

Fast forward years later to one evening at the Sheeley House in Chippewa Falls, Tony met Kevin while out with mutual friends. As they got to know each other, Tony was astonished to learn that Kevin lived in the only other house on the corner of Coleman and Peck—the very intersection where Tony had spent his childhood and teen years. This serendipitous connection felt like a sign, and before long, Tony moved into Kevin’s home and they began their lives together.
